The .srt file extension is not supported by the following video formats:
1. mov
2. mp4
3. m4v
To add .srt subtitles to videos and play them on the JetDrive Go, convert your videos to formats that do support .srt files, such as avi, wmv, mkv, flv, mpg, rmvb, ts, and 3gp. Name the .srt file with the same name of the video file, and then place both files in the same folder.
