Our battery provides up to 8 hrs for standby, or 6hrs for operation. The actual time depends on the environment and the numbers of transmission mediums.
Transcend provides 6-month limited warranty to rechargeable batteries. If your battery is out of warranty, please take it to the nearest Transcend stores. We also give you the option to pay for repair.
